Expert Witness
We work with solicitors on disputes between parties where matters of valuation are at the core, which may be based on an alleged over valuation, the impact of long-term building defects, the distribution of profit from a development or divorce, as examples.
Ultimately the Expert Witness provides a report and evidence to the judge with responsibility to the Court and not those who provide the instruction.
