Duncan Preston

Duncan joined Aston Rose early in 2009, prior to which he was a Director at Jones Lang LaSalle where he had worked for 24 years. He is, as stated in Property Week (30.01.09), a ‘valuation guru’: providing advice to owners, occupiers and lenders. Duncan is an Expert Witness and an RICS Accredited Mediator.  He now acts as a Consultant to Aston Rose, part of Rapleys.

A Fellow of the RICS, Duncan has been actively involved with the profession for over 25 years, holding a number of senior positions within RICS, including GP Divisional President and RICS Vice-President. He is an active member of The Chartered Surveyors’ Company as well as numerous dining clubs and golfing societies.

In his spare time (and depending on the time of year) Duncan can be found on the golf course or setting off fireworks!
