Tim Richards

Tim founded the origins of Aston Rose back in 1991.

He qualified as a general practice surveyor in the 1980s. As such he has accumulated a vast amount of experience in the acquisition and disposal of all types of commercial property throughout the UK.

Tim is a Fellow of the RICS, past-Chairman of RICS England and former member of RICS International Governing Council. He currently sits on the RICS Education Sub-Committee.

Tim was a member of the Board of Southern Housing Group.

Tim is passionate about football – he is a life-long supporter of Wolverhampton Wanderers FC and has followed the national England team across the globe. He also enjoys a wide taste in music and literature.
