3,415 sq ft office suite acquired for Wellesley & Co at St Albans House, SW1

Aston Rose has completed the acquisition of a 3,415 sq ft office suite on the sixth floor at St Albans House, Haymarket SW1, on behalf of Wellesley & Co.

Wellesley, a secured peer to peer lending platform, has taken a new lease until September 2019. The landlord, Burberry, was represented by Robert Neil and Co and Cushman & Wakefield.
