50th Unit Let at ’The Vinery’

Aston Rose announced that Phase 1 of The Vinery Industrial Estate near Arundel is now fully let. This remarkable estate has grown out of the remains of a redundant 15 acre mushroom growing facility into one of the regions most successful and sought after industrial and warehousing developments. Aston Rose Director, Paul Brierley, who has been personally involved in the scheme since its inception some four years ago, has just concluded the 50th letting onsite, thus ensuring 100% Phase 1 occupancy for the development’s owner, Vinery Management. The majority of units are 3,000 sq ft, although the most recent letting was one of 5,000 sq ft to Trade Roof Kits. Most are let on 3 and 5 year lease agreements and to a very diverse mix of trades, including antique dealers, vehicle storage, furniture restoration and even a micro brewery. The Vinery’s undoubted success is due to a number of factors, not lease of which is its strategic location directly off the main A27. The combination of good value rent, coupled with a well-managed secure environment has attracted a lot of occupier interest and, as Aston Rose report, The Vinery is now set to enter its second phase with plans afoot to roll out more units on-site. Paul Brierley adds, ”There is a very positive reaction to our client for the demand for an estate that currently runs a waiting list for its tenants. That is not a boast many clients can make in today’s financial climate!” Subject to planning being achieved, units will be available from 1,000 sq ft upwards from the end of the year and into 2009. Interested parties should contact Paul Brierley on 01903 507751 for further details on specifications, timing and how to reserve space.
