Appointment of New Associate Director

Aston Rose has appointed Stuart Tolch MRICS as Associate Director to head up the Building Surveying Department. Stuart joins Aston Rose from Swiss bank, UBS, where he was Real Estate International Project Manager. Stuart will be responsible for the implementation and delivery of professional and contract Building Surveying instructions. James Coulling, Director of Building Consultancy as Aston Rose said, ”We are delighted Stuart has joined our team. Building Consultancy is a rapidly expanding area for Aston Rose and one we are keen to develop to its maximum potential. The wealth of experience Stuart brings with him from his seven years in the blue chip international companies UBS and British Airways, will be a tremendous asset to Aston Rose.”
