Aston Rose Acquires 2,012 sq ft for Empiric Student Property plc in W1

Aston Rose advised Empiric Property Plc on the acquisition of 2,012 sq ft on the second floor of 6-8 James Street, London W1. With supply currently tight, there was competition from three other parties to secure this particular space. From first meeting the client to completion, the deal took a fraction over seven weeks!
