Aston Rose acquires CTG Surveyors

Aston Rose is delighted to announce the acquisition of niche building surveying practice, CTG Surveyors. The acquisition will see CTG principal, Colin Townsend Green, become Director of Building Consultancy. Colin has been running his practice for over 20 years, specialising in refurbishment and new build projects, covering high end residential, commercial, media and the performing arts sectors. He brings with him Project Co-Ordinator, Susan Gregory and Mechanical & Electrical
Engineer, Neville Shore. One of CTGs recent major projects and ongoing attendance is at One Hyde Park. They are also currently involved with the 20 Grosvenor Square W1 project led by Finchatton – another highly prestigious residential development. In addition, CTG has specialised in the Performing Arts, Media and education sectors, covering acoustic and mechanical and electrical design. More recently they have become known for pier reviewing major new build schemes to ensure a smooth transition from the construction to the end use operation and management and introducing a quite unique level of testing termed Test Stay.
