Aston Rose advises Bramble Estates on purchase of Kingswood Nurseries site, Enfield

Bramble Estates, advised by Aston Rose, has completed on the £4.554m purchase of the Kingswood Nurseries site on Bullsmoor Lane in Enfield. The site, which was bought off market, will be redeveloped to provide 56 new residential units in two blocks: Block 1 – to comprise five 4-bedroom town houses with integral garages; seven 2-bedroom and two 3-bedroom houses with roof terraces Block 2 – to comprise 21 1-bedroom, 10 2-bedroom and 11 3-bedroom self-contained apartments. The site will also provide 67 car parking spaces, cycle and bins stores, new access roads and associated landscaping. Brian Culank of Bramble Estates commented: “We were impressed with the performance by Aston Rose on this particularly difficult transaction. The professionalism and in depth knowledge of the deal displayed by Duncan Wilson meant he maintained momentum, managed the expectations of all parties involved and this resulted in the deal completing within the timeframe required.” Duncan Wilson, Head of Development at Aston Rose, added: “The Kingswood Nurseries acquisition was particularly exciting as we faced multiple challenges.
