Aston Rose has advised a private client on the purchase of a £2.5m income-producing industrial warehouse investment in Saltash, Cornwall.

The property, comprising 27,400 sq ft on a 1.923-acre site (coverage of 29.3%), is currently let to Righton Blackburns Limited for a further 1o years.

The purchase price of £2.5m, reflects a net initial yield of 6.15%.
