Aston Rose appointed on Landmark Office Development

Aston Rose has been appointed as marketing agent on the prestigious Yeoman Gate Office Park in Worthing, West Sussex. This £6.5m development, funded by Close Brothers, consists of thirteen new office buildings totalling 32,000 sq ft, and is the first of its type in Worthing for some 25 years. Occupiers will include a major high street bank, who are opening a corporate lending centre, regional accountants Spofforths, and housebuilder MJH Executive Homes. The scheme will also be home to the new Aston Rose Southern office. Acting for The Durngate Group, Aston Rose will be joint agents with Tod Miller Thomas.
