Aston Rose appointed Sole Agents on The Vinery Industrial Estate

Aston Rose has been appointed sole agent on The Vinery Industrial Estate, Poling nr Arundel in West Sussex. The estate, comprising 30 acreas of land and buildings is strategically located on the main A27 east/west trunk road, 3 miles to the west of Worthing. The scheme, now entering Phase 2 of its development, has been hugely successful to date with 40 units let in the last 2 years and a state of the art green waste facility due to commence construction shortly.
