Aston Rose completes two retail lettings

Aston Rose has completed on two new retail lettings.

The first is a 9,760 sq ft unit (formerly ‘Poundworld’) at 123-127 High Street in Falkirk.

The second is the agreement of a new 10-year lease with Poundstretcher at its 8,239 sq ft retail until at The Catford Centre in south-east London.

Aston Rose acted on behalf of the landlord for both instructions.
