Aston Rose instructed to manage 54 industrial properties

Aston Rose recently secured the mandate to manage 54 industrial properties on behalf of an off-shore fund. The portfolio of properties comprises estates and standalone units located around the UK, from Northumbria to Hampshire, but with a concentration along the M6 and M1 corridors, with an annual rent roll of approximately £10m.
