Beauchamp Place (SW3) Letting Completed To Renowned Fashion Designer

Aston Rose recently completed on the successful letting of 17 Beauchamp Place in Knightsbridge, to Stewart Parvin on a new 10-year lease. Stewart Parvin is a renowned couturier who, in 2007, was awarded the Royal Warrant of Appointment to HM The Queen in recognition of his work, having designed for Her Majesty for a number of years. We believe Stuart Parvin will be a great addition to the existing tenant-mix in Beauchamp Place and look forward to seeing the business open shortly.
