Aston Rose completed on the purchase of a prominent convenience store and petrol station in Tonbridge, Kent. The property is currently let to the Co-operative Group and has an unexpired term in excess of 13 years. The purchase, on behalf of a private family office, was made at £4,100,000 representing a Net Initial Yield of 5.46%.
