Duncan Preston Awarded RICS Presidents’ Medal

Duncan Preston, Director of Valuation Services at Aston Rose, has been presented with a very special (and rare) award – the RICS Presidents’ Medal. Amanda Clack, RICS President, presented Duncan with the Medal during an informal ceremony held on the terrace at RICS HQ. The citation on the Medal reads: ‘for your wise counsel and contribution to shaping RICS’ property strategy’. Very well deserved. The entire Aston Rose Team are beyond proud of Duncan’s huge (and continued) contribution to our profession.
