Historic Chichester Building Acquired by Local Company

Aston Rose Chartered Surveyors have advised Kingsbridge Estates on the acquisition of the Fernleigh Building in North Street, Chichester for redevelopment purposes. Fernleigh, an imposing 4-storey 19th Century detached building, is Grade II listed and has been most recently used by West Sussex County Council. Mark Hooper of Kingsbridge Estates says: ”We are delighted to have bought this attractive and historic Chichester building which we intend to refurbish. We are in discussions through our agents Aston Rose with a number of potential occupiers to bring the building into useful occupation and to carry out a sympathetic redevelopment.” Kingsbridge Estates develops and manages property across all sectors, focusing primarily on the West Sussex region.
