Instruction To Let space in one of Worthing’s Premier Town Centre Office Buildings

On behalf of Maltbrook Limited, the Southern office of Aston Rose has been instructed to let two floors within one of Worthing’s premier town centre office buildings. Southfield House, located very centrally in Worthing’s business district, has undergone major refurbishment to both the common parts and the vacant suites. It comprises 20,000 sq ft over four floors and provides the best specified office accommodation available in the town. The subject suites comprise the entire 3rd floor, totalling 4,450 sq ft (413 sq m) and a ground floor suite of 2,665 sq ft (248 sq m) with 12 and 9 private car spaces respectively. Each has been comprehensively redecorated and benfit from comfort cooling, new suspended ceilings and kitchen facilities. New leases are offered on terms to be negotiated.
