Ken Morgan – Trek Uganda in aid of JDRF and The Surveyors Livery Charitable Trust

Ken Morgan is undertaking a 10-day Trek to Uganda on 22nd October to hopefully successfully track the Mountain Gorillas. Whilst this is very much a personal challenge for Ken (something he is self-funding 100%), it has presented him with the perfect opportunity to raise some money for charity.

Therefore he has selected two charities that will hopefully benefit from his efforts: Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) –something his nephew has had since an early age, and, The Surveyors Livery Charitable Trust – he is currently Chairman. So, if you are able to make the inevitable aches and pains of his poor old feet more worthwhile, please visit www.justgiving.com/teams/trekuganda and make a donation, however large or small – it will all make a big difference.

UPDATE:

Ken has safely returned from the jungle of Uganda, with many fantastic memories and glorious images of the mountain gorillas he was lucky enough to witness at first hand. Thank you to everyone who donated money towards the charities benfitting from Ken’s expedition – £2,700 was raised.
