London TowerAthlon Challenge

Team Aston Rose – rising, falling and rolling along for LandAid on 19th September 2014

We have (rather foolishly for the team members!) agreed to enter a three-man team representing Aston
Rose in LandAid’s London TowerAthlon which takes place on 19th September. The team, comprising Rob Cragg, Sam Harper and Sammy Conway, will undertake one of the individual legs of this new challenge event which comprises abseiling down Broadgate Tower, all 539 ft of it, running up the 877 stairs of it and then a cycle-sprint around the Plaza grounds.

Why? Well, together with the other 99 teams, we are aiming to raise money for LandAid and the chance to be crowned Champion of the Tower!
