New Leases Completed at Barnham and Worthing

A new 5 year lease to the Sussex Community NHS Trust for the third and part second floors at Southfield House, 11 Liverpool Gardens in Worthing has been completed. The Trust will be taking over 8,306 sq ft at Southfield House. Meanwhile, at the Sussex Business Village, Lake Lane in Barnham, LMS Computer Services Ltd have just signed a new 5 year lease for Unit 2 (900 sq ft).
