On behalf of an owner occupier we are looking for a bespoke office building / site for development / building with conversion potential. Freehold (or leasehold with option to purchase). Size: circa 5,000 sq ft (464.5 sq m), or larger with potential to let accommodation. Location: A23/A24 corridor from the south coast to Horsham and east to Lewes. Timing: within 9-12 months.
