Record Rent Achieved at Caravelle House, Worthing

On behalf of Everbeech Limited, Aston Rose’s Southern Office have let a refurbished office suite within Caravelle House, Worthing. The 2nd floor suite, totalling 1,215 sq ft, has been let to Travelquest Limited for a five year period at a new record rent for this multi-let office building of £11.50 per sq ft. The letting follows a comprehensive refurbishment of the suite and includes on-site car parking.
