Royal Welsh Warehouse Sold

Aston Rose has completed on the sale of the Royal Welsh Warehouse in Newtown. The Royal Welsh Warehouse (Pryce Jones building) is a Grade II Listed property, comprising five floors totalling over 80,000 sq ft. The most prominent building in Newtown, it was constructed in 1879 as a mail order centre but is currently utilised for retail, as well as a place of worship.
