Tim Richards joins Board of Southern Housing Group

Southern Housing Group has recently welcomed Tim Richards and Justin Chittock to its governing Board. Tim Richards, the founding Director at Aston Rose, provides advice on commercial property, development and investment issues to clients in both the private and public sectors, including registered housing providers. Tim is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and a past chair of both RICS London and RICS England. He is also a former member of its International Governing Council. Tim said: “I hope to help the Board to deliver a sustainable and viable development programme that meets the needs of current and future tenants.” Justin is chair of the Group’s Treasury Committee and an Audit Committee member while Tim is chair of the Development Committee. A corporate banking financial advisor with Linden Business Consulting Ltd, Justin has 25 years’ experience of lending to UK businesses on behalf of European banks. Justin is a specialist in structuring loan facilities to UK housing associations. Group Chief Executive Tom Dacey said both Justin and Tim brought a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Board. “Justin and Tim are welcome additions to the Group’s Board. Both members will provide valuable insight and influence on decisions facing the Board in the current economic climate.”
