A Senior FM role managing a portfolio of commercial properties and providing FM support across the business.

Responsibilities include:

  • overseeing maintenance and repairs
  • ensuring properties are fully compliant in terms of building regulations/Health & Safety
  • preparation and administration of service charge expenditure/budgets
  • property inspections
  • preparation of client reports
  • client liaison
  • providing line management support

You will have at least five years’ experience working in facilities/commercial property, possess strong people/ customer care skills,
and have a recognised Health & Safety qualification.
