2017 Business Rates Revaluation

You are no doubt aware that the Government has now issued the new 2017 Rating List. This impacts on all commercial occupiers. However, what you might not realise is that you will NOT be sent a paper version of your valuation in the post. The only way to see if your valuation needs challenging is to look at it online.
