  • mobilisation of new properties
  • management of on-site staff
  • property inspections
  • occupier engagement
  • advice on Planned Preventative Maintenance

We run an Approved Contractor Scheme to ensure all service providers are fully compliant with current legislation.

Performance based contracts incorporate best practice and deliver value for money through strategic procurement.

Managed properties are additionally supported by a 24-hour HelpDesk.

Health and Safety – we provide statutory compliance audits, risk assessments and gap analysis to Clients.
