AEW UK buys Cineworld, Dundee

AEW UK (advised by Aston Rose) has completed on the purchase of the 9-screen Cineworld in Dundee for £4,550,000.  The price reflects a capital value of £85 psf and a net initial yield of 12.8%.

The property, which is located on the Camperdown Leisure Park, comprises 53,733 sq ft on a site of 9.25 acres and benefits from a newly extended lease to Cineworld Cinemas Limited.
