Aston Rose acquires Modern Warehouse Site for Tristmire Ltd

Aston Rose recently acquired warehouse premises at Goring by Sea (Worthing, West Sussex) on behalf of Hampshire-based investment and development company, Tristmire Ltd. The property comprises 52,516 sq ft (4,879 sq m) on a site of approximately 2.64 acres. Previous owners, The QS Group, used the property as a distribution centre before relocating to the Midlands. Tristmire are looking to refurbish the existing building into seven units from 3,520 sq ft (327 sq m) up to 49,210 sq ft (4,572 sq m) in addition to constructing a new building of 5,740 sq ft (533 sq m). The units will be available for sale to occupiers and investors, alternatively the units can be let. Planning has been sought for B1, B2 and B8 uses. Interest has already been generated in a number of the units.
