Aston Rose complete assignment of 20,643 sq ft office at 62 Buckingham Gate, SW1

Aston Rose acted on behalf of Siccar Point Energy Ltd on the assignment of their lease of the first floor at 62 Buckingham Gate, Victoria, London SW1 to Mercuria UK LLP. The assigned lease is for a term until March 2024. The floor area comprises 20,643 sq ft. Phil Richards MRICS, Aston Rose commented: “We were delighted to have worked with Siccar Point Energy on this instruction at such a landmark building in the heart of London’s Victoria. Aston Rose also managed the space for the client during the interim period whilst the assignment was completed.”
