Aston Rose completes acquisition of 4 Grafton Mews, W1 on behalf of Curious Productions

Aston Rose completed on the acquisition of 4 Grafton Mews, W1, on behalf of Curious Productions, the movie and new media production company. The self-contained mews building comprising 1,597 sq ft, split over two floors, has been taken on a new five year lease at a rent of £75,000pa, with a six-month rent free period.
