Hostelle take on former Bethnal Green Police Station

Aston Rose has completed on a lease to Hostelle Ltd for 458 Bethnal Green Road, the former Bethnal Green Police Station.

The period building, comprising 5,369 sq ft (498 sq m), has links to Jack the Ripper, George Orwell and The Kray Twins, and is now set to be turned into a female-only hostel by Hostelle who currently operate hostels in Amsterdam and Barcelona.  Hostelle has taken a 15-year lease on the property at a rent of £107,000 per annum.

Aston Rose acted on behalf of the landlord, PRHA, a housing association.
