What lockdown lull?! Qualified BS needed

“What lockdown lull?” asks Andy Lynch, Director of Building Consultancy at Aston Rose.

Indeed, Andy’s team has recently experienced an influx of exciting new instructions, most of these are project-based jobs which, given the current market conditions, is hugely encouraging.

These latest projects include demolition and new build schemes in South London and on the South Coast for the residential and commercial sectors.  There is also a number of Permitted Development Rights residential conversions on the go, together with new build industrial schemes. Other projects are in the feasibility and planning stages for the longer-term.

In addition, clients are still requesting all the usual building surveying services, including: due diligence, dilapidations, party wall, schedules of condition and Licences to Alter.  This is all great news, but, as we continue to help our clients service and adapt their portfolios as necessary, we also need more help.  So, if you are an experienced building surveyor looking for a role that gives you exposure to a wide-variety of work, we would love to have a chat.
