Aston Rose has completed on the simultaneous surrender and granting of a new lease at 2 Clumber Street, Nottingham NG1 3GB.

The existing lease has been surrendered by Santander UK plc and a new 10-year FRI lease granted to The Co-operative Bank PLC.  The property, which is situated on the junction of Clumber Street and Pelham Street in the heart of Nottingham’s pedestrianised retail quarter, comprises 4,494 sq ft (417.5 sq m) arranged over ground and three upper floors.
