Sold: Portfolio of 3 adjoining properties in Newmarket

A freehold portfolio of three adjoining properties in the heart of Newmarket, Suffolk, has been sold at the recent Cheffins auction for £315,000.

The portfolio comprised Chudleigh House (a 4-bed residential property), Amatola House (a 2-storey office block) and a Social Club (arranged over cellar, ground and one upper floor), with a total GIA (including cellars) of 4,484 sq ft (206 sq m).
