Residential Management

We believe the level of service provided by those in the residential management industry is generally poor. As a consequence we strive to provide a consistent, high quality service but, at the same time, we recognise a sense of humour is essential to fulfilling our obligations - you really never know what the next telephone call or email will bring!

We understand how stressful it can be if something goes wrong with our home so, in order to remove some of that stress, we are also able to provide access to an emergency 24-hour service, 365 days per year.

Our services include:

  • administration of building and other insurances
  • arranging and administering maintenance contracts
  • dealing with day-to-day minor repairs
  • tenant and landlord liaison

  • monitoring lease compliance
  • dealing applications for landlord’s consent
